• Mercedes Viano or similar: Recommended for 3 to 5 people

How many suitcases are the vehicles able to fit?

We have premium vehicles, that’s why they are more compacted. These are some of the combinations that can be suited in each of them:

• Mercedes class E or similar: 2 big size suitcases/bags and 2 hand suitcases/bags or 4 medium size suitcases/bags and 2 hand suitcases/bags
• Mercedes Viano or similar: 4 big size suitcases/bags, 4 medium size suitcases/bags and 2 hand suitcases/bag

Are there child seats available?

Yes, there are, always upon previous request. Be sure to select the right option according to the age and height of your child. Remember that a proper security child seat is compulsory for children under 1,35 m (4,43 ft.) traveling in any type of car in Spain. 

The following options are available on request:

• Child seat: up to 4 years old
• Booster seat: from 5-9 years old (Depending on the height of the child)

What happens if my train is delayed?

First of all: please ensure to provide your train ticket details upon making your reservation.

Our staff checks your train ticket information on a regular basis, and we update the service according to any variation or delay.
