Trencadís is a unique mosaic technique created by the great architect Antoni Gaudí, who had the rare condition of being a Jack of all trades AND master of all.

By using leftover broken pieces of tiles and ceramics, Gaudí pioneered recycling in art and launched a trend that turned into one of the most recognizable features of his work. Trencadís decorates his most iconic masterpieces, such as La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Parc Güell and the Sagrada Familia.

Our young guests will learn about this technique tutored by an artisan, familiarizing themselves with the tools and creating a personal design for their own work of art.

And they will have a great time doing it!
